Delivered initial info architecture and content draft for first launch of SaaS Security Posture Management.

Anthology Solutions, Inc. (ASI) - small startup that produced an all-in-one NAS appliance for retail consumers and small business owners: RAID storage, VPN appliance, router, media server, and switch. Dissolved in 2006.
Delivered doc set for the first major release, adding 100 pages of new content. Delivered Read Me First.
Migrated content from MS Word to FrameMaker. Worked with HCI engineer to improve interface design.

Sun Cluster - software group that delivered clustering products for high availability and scalability of applications and hardware within a Unix operating environment. Acquired by Oracle in 2010.
Designed and wrote, from scratch, a data storage documentation set of 13 books:
Each book delivered customized content, meeting the unique needs of several different users.
Used single-source authoring to eliminate the overhead and duplication.
Collaborated on 3-guide collection to support first launch of automated test suite for test developers.
Contributed to software clustering collection set and concepts guide.
Developed outline/internal survey for product's first Troubleshooting Guide. Added 125 errors to Error Guide.
Dec 1999 - May 2000
Produced Site Planning Guides for a Network Attached Storage (NAS) file server/storage system. Auspex dissolved in Year 2000, after losing market share to Network Appliance.
